forth respects your right to the privacy of any personal information you provide us with. Personal information includes your name, contact details, click-through activity and any other details you may provide on forth. To this end, unless you designate otherwise or we state otherwise in these Terms or at the time information is collected, any personal information you provide to forth will be known only to yourself, forth and the statistics analysis services that we use including Google, and Statcounter.

In other words, we have contracted with third parties including Google Analytics, Statcounter to monitor certain pages of our website for the purpose of reporting website traffic, statistics, advertisement ‘click-throughs’, and/or other activities on our website.

Where authorized by us, our business partners may use cookies, web beacons, and/or other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics about our website visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to any party.

Traffic data

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law and you irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website or arising in any way from the Content.
